How It Works

From Application
to Experience Letter.

Every step of the 50-day work from home internship — explained clearly. No vague promises. No surprises. This is exactly what happens from the moment you apply to the day you receive your experience letter.

The 9-Step Process

Every Step, Explained

From your first form submission to receiving your experience letter — here is exactly what happens.

Step 01

Apply

Fill in the application form with your details, your preferred track, and a short note on why you're applying. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Step 02

Screening

We review every application personally — no automated filters. We look for intent, commitment, and the right mindset, not marks.

Step 03

Selection

Selected candidates receive a confirmation email with their onboarding details, batch start date, and payment link within 24–48 hours.

Step 04

Onboarding

You receive a welcome kit: your track guide, tool access setup instructions, and an introduction meeting with your dedicated senior mentor.

Step 05

Project Assignment

Your mentor assigns your first real project task. From Day 1 you are working on something that matters — not reading documentation.

Step 06

Daily Workflow

50 days of structured daily work. Morning standup, afternoon project time, evening review. 4–5 hours of focused work per day.

Step 07

Mentor Reviews

Your senior mentor reviews your work daily — code, campaigns, or automation flows — with specific feedback, not generic comments.

Step 08

Final Evaluation

In the final week, you present your completed project to a senior panel. Your mentor provides a formal performance assessment.

Step 09

Experience Letter

After successful completion, you receive an official Experience Letter from Sudha Software Solutions — company-issued, performance-based, and resume-ready.

Process FAQs

How many hours per day?

4–5 focused hours. This is structured work, not passive watching. You will have real tasks with real deadlines every day.

What if I miss a day?

Communicate in advance. Your mentor works with you to reschedule — but consistent attendance is expected and tracked.

Is the schedule fixed?

The standup time is fixed (morning). Project work can flex within the day but all tasks must be submitted by end of day.

What tools do I need?

A laptop, stable internet, and the free/trial accounts for your track's tools (we guide setup on Day 1).

What happens at the final evaluation?

You present your completed project to your mentor. They assess quality, effort, and growth. The experience letter is issued based on this evaluation.

Can I extend the internship?

Batches run for exactly 50 days. Extensions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
